| 22 November 2008 De La Warr Pavilion Bexhill-on-Sea, Sussex www.delawarrpavilion.com Presented by Martyn Ware Artists Jason Bruges Cybersonica The Sancho Plan Sarah Nicolls Tal Rosner Introducing the Future of Light, this inaugural event on the Future of Sound tour 2009 engaged light maestro Jason Bruges in a site specific interactive light sculpture. His unique installations, which lie between architecture, lighting design and environmental innovation, were most recently witnessed at the BFI Southbank unveiling of Aeolian Tower - a 15 metre high steel tower clad in a glowing red skin of 1,200 miniature wind-powered turbines that illuminated the sky. |
